I found out that I might actually be able to get a free pair of springs for my car from work, so that could save me money. Or I'll buy the Eibach's and still come out on top.

It's typically dark on my morning commute. This time of year it's not uncommon to see idiots driving with no lights on. I periodically check my rear view. People who tailgate don't normally bug me. If they screw up and hit me, well, I have insurance (if they don't), so whatever. Side note, the rear view in my wrangler is someone limited because of the spare.

This morning as I'm cruising along about 60 (limit is 55) in the right lane on a semi desolate road (really light traffic during my commute), I glance and don't see anything behind me so I keep putting along. It seems like out of nowhere a black VW Beetle pulls into the left lane. They were so close I didn't know they were there. How did they get so close without me noticing? (Besides the fact I'm a zombie in the morning) Oh, it's because they were driving with their parking lights on. Oh, and only one worked in the front. Ok, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they're short on cash and don't have the know how to fix the headlights and other light themselves. Then they pass me. Only one tail light works. =|

I'm no scholar, as proven here regularly, but driving a black car, in the dark with one light up front and one light out back doesn't seem all that safe to me.

Yeah, they would either be brand new or NOS parts. The Eibach's are around $230 for the set of 4, which I might just do to improve my car by lowering it 1.3 inches. I bought a spring compressor tool kit, so I can do my own suspension work and not pay $120 per hour and tax.

Spent 2 hours 15 minutes at the DMV last night only to get turned away as soon as it turned 7:00. I was the fourth person in line of only five people, JUST KEEP THE DAMN THNG OPEN 10 MINUTES LONGER TO SERVE FIVE GODDAMN PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assholes who drive on windy snowy days in gray/white/black/red/orange/yellow/neon green cars without their lights on when the visibility is non-existent should be dragged out of their cars and beaten with four way lug wrenches. The good forged four way's, not crappy cast Walmart ones that will snap in the cold.

Pretty much.

I did get my drum kit for $300 of craigslist though. It's a 1980's Ludwig Rocker set, made in USA and came with a $300 DW double bass pedal. So, not everything is bad, just most of it.

Corvettes new tail lights - Cant express how much I don't like them..so Ill just leave this here. I'd like to kick the designer of the square ones..clear in the nuts.

We can have custom dash displays and crap tail lights? Make the tail lights out of LED's or LCD Screens so we can choose what shape of taillight we want..Oval..Round or those hideous Camaro knock offs. Phillestines.

Why is it that Honda is the only company not making a FRS/BRZ fighter? This is the same company that made the S2000 and they can't seem to figure out how to create a replacement?

Why do companies think they need to build some massive LFA/FT 1 style Halo car and trickle down when they already have shown they can build it. Even fuckin Kia is about to make a RWD sports coupe, WTF kind of bizarro world is this?
